The 10-hour offshore trip is for crews who want to maximize their time offshore. Captain Chase’s favorite trip & also a favorite among our more sportier groups — with extra time offshore, we’re able to travel farther, stay longer at productive bottom spots, adjust throughout the day based on what’s working, and be done cleaning fish before dark.

We depart around 7:00 a.m. and use the extended day to maximize fishing time. This trip allows for less running and more fishing, making it a favorite for serious anglers and more experienced groups.

Many guests love using the onboard Green Egg during our 10- and 12-hour trips — it’s a great way to cook breakfast on the way out, grill lunch while offshore, or throw something on as we head back in.

Fishing Approach

You can expect:

  • Trolling on the way offshore and back

  • Extended bottom fishing sessions

  • Time to relocate if conditions change

Target species vary by season and may include:

  • Red snapper (when open)

  • Vermilion snapper (a.k.a. mingos / beeliners)

  • Triggerfish (when open)

  • Other reef species in season

Your deckhand handles all rigging, baiting, and fish care so you can focus on fishing.

The extended time offshore also opens the door to exciting trolling opportunities — these bites can be hit or miss, but when they happen, they’re fast-paced and a lot of fun.

Pricing & Booking

  • $3500 for up to 10 people

  • $350 per additional person

  • Maximum capacity: up to 23 passengers

A $500 deposit secures your date.
Remaining balance is due the day of the trip.

Final headcount can be confirmed on the day of the trip.
